My mailbox has been spammed by this company telling me I should get A vision checkup and get eye surgery, It is spam because I'm A 21 year old Autistic adult who could see just fine since birth and also has absolutely NO need for this nor did I request ANY information, so this website gets A nice spam rating from me!

This business uses spam emails to help promote their business. Never trust these kinds of businesses. There's always a rip-off involved somewhere if they stick to questionable tactics such as this.

Looks like this is the most benign and easy opt-out I have seen. If these guys are spammers, its a very soft sell.
