ldproducts.comは安全ですか？

I placed my order on November 17th for our office back up stock. On December 1st my order hadn't arrived. I called and was assured that my order would be shipped and would arrive in 1-5 business days. On December 2nd I received the wrong order, so I called again and got a label to ship the wrong product back. I was again assured my order would arrive. It is now December 15th and my order still hasn't arrived. I called customer service for the 3rd time, and was told yet again they would ship my product and it would arrive 1-5 business days. After being on hold for 1 hour while they verified I hadn't actually received my order, I explained I am now out of ink and unable to complete our printing for the weekend, they offered nothing but "so sorry this happened." They made absolutely no efforts to get the ink to me sooner when I requested it. I now have to buy a MUCH more expensive product in town because they failed to full-fill my order, they wouldn't even offer send the product at no charge to make right their error. I won't be buying from them again. I suggest you not either.

The Inkjet inks that LD Products sells are excellent. Just as good as the OEM, and cost about 60% less. Have been using them in my Epson 2200 and 88+ printers for years, and have never have received a bad cartridge or had any problems with the printers.
