from my experience, so far, this is a good site... Since it invoves the selling of jewelry, through the means of multiple people bidding on objects of desire, iit is not suitable for children, but other then that it is a decent site with good people working for them...

I have bought a lot of jewelry on here and when i had a missing earring they sent me a new pair and told me to keep the spare. They have always answered my questions and customer service have always called me back when I left a call back number. Their jewelry is gorgeous and the best prics around.

This site is an online jewelry shopping site. This company overcharged me for items on most items that I ordered from them. For example, I purchased a piece of jewelry for $9.99, but was actually charged on my credit card for $578.99. I have yet to actually recover the money for their mistake. I do not trust this company as a result and will not order from them again.
