very useful site. i use it more than daily to check my balance and outgoing payments. the new 'money manager' thing unfortunately does not work. it doesn't let you change the 'unknown' element to something you would recognise! so apparently 80% of my earnings go to unknown.
otherwise cannot fault this site. and lloyds bank in general! i have been with them for 10 years, in which i tried out natwest and santander (7 year itch) but came running back...

Very bad customer service and keep bully at some customer for more money - not very good advice,etc.. so best to keep out - recommend is Alliance & Leicester or RBS which give you some advice for any problems not by TSB... they looking for your money for profit

Poor log-in online banking which let hackers to control your bank account as I was hit 3 times few years ago - never use this bank again for long time
