I get spam from these guy's clients but they are responsive to spam complaints. Due to their diligence, they have earned my trust.
Their clients appear to use them for spamming, without their approval, thus they need spam complaints sent to them so as to take action.

This is a good site as it is possible to opt-out and makes list building for legitimate newsletters manageable. If you have any problems write mailchimp directly and they will take the necessary action so you won't get spammed.

irritating adverts all over twitter. no segmentation at all - i see them over and over again even though i press 'dismiss' and i wasn't even interested in email marketing in the first place!
