Bought a psn card from them about a week ago, after they took the 61$ off my visa they refused to give me the code, they told me the order failed.
After they told me the order failed I responded by telling them they had received my payment for the card which was confirmed by my bank, however they still refused to give me the code. A few minutes later they sent me an email asking me to provide photo id/passport photos as well as various other personal things.
Been about 6 days and still waiting for my refund they told me would take 2 days.
