Spam people receive from "whatever" @mchsi.com is not from Mediacom representatives, but spammers with @mchsi.com addresses. Send spam to ***** for their fraud dept to make an investigation. Spam is not the fault of the ISP, and I've rated the trustworthiness of this site highly.
