Working with McMaster is frictionless. Each of the dozen or so orders I've placed over the past few months was delivered accurately and quickly.

The site's organization and ease of use are exemplary. The enormous number of kinds and sizes of parts they offer are so well presented that it is actually fun to find that specialized tool or screw, and as you drill down you can get schooled on relevant topics (eg, material properties), and discover similar items you did not know existed. Big bonus for designers: All or most hardware has free, downloadable, editable 3D models.
