Maybe the owner isn't smart enough to find a more legit business model, but spamming people with pop-ups never leads to an effective business expansion.
Also, their site layout looks questionable. It reminds me of those fake dll sites.
Your competitors are decades ahead of you. Get your crap together or ship out.

Be careful! I recently downloaded a game, and had to fight off malware. I'm sure most downloads are safe, but watch what you download... always make sure to have an anti-virus software handy.

it's nice the site is just for upload and download files, the fault of malwares ( spy-wares, viruses, ad wares, etc) is the guy that upload the file no of the website, well that's all i have to say.
