spammer replies using email, looking genuine, to queries on genuine Microsoft support site, purporting to be from Microsoft and offering solution - when this doesn't work you are directed to this site,which is NOT microsoft but independent 'support' site. I replied to this email via the microsoft site, but mentioned in my reply that his reply wasn't visible. Received reply from genuine Microsoft support saying it was a spammer and the site he redirects to is not genuine. I took a look but didn't sign up to anything. Not sure if doing so would actually trigger any malware attacks etc, but suspicious due to method of getting you there.
