Good, safe site, phenomenally poor customer service. I have never had a help request that resulted in a correction, and often do not get a response at all.
(I see some comments claiming that this site is a scam; I don't think there is any intent to scam, but all surveys have an entry part to screen if you qualify, and this intro can be VERY long. If you are not the demographic they are looking for, you are not paid.)

Website owned by McMillion Research LLC. A market research company that allows users to take online consumer surveys and earn money or gift cards. I have never had a problem with this website.

Only received credit/payment on half the surveys I completed. It often shows in my ledger I completed them as well as survey page saying I completed survey and payment is pending but no credit is ever applied. Customer service has been inadequate the few times I have contacted them about any matter.
