I reported some spam to them, but they filtered my spam reports and blame me as being too lazy. It seems like they don't know what they are doing and/or they simply protect their spamers by blaming others. My tickets are getting closed without any notifications or resolutions.

Been a customer with MiniVPS for a year and a half now! This hosting provider is probably one of the best in the UK. Their VPSs are very fast and rarely offline.
