Thre is an article wtitten by Kristine Clark Ph.D conflating the safety of High Fructose Corn Sugar with that of other sweetners @ http://momstart.com/2010/09/what-exactly-is-the-big-deal-with-high-fructose-corn-syrup/ This doctor has been paid by the corn refiners association for defending the safety of their HFCS product; however, the article states that the only payment for the misleading information that she presented, was a gift certificate from the site momstart.com. I believe that Kristine Clark represents the corn refiners association in this piece, and I assume that she has received compensation for doing this type of work on their behalf as an independant contractor. Also this type of greenwash really aggravates me, expecially when it comehs to public health. The rest of the site may be OK, as I did not look further.
