Can offer some good comparison quotes for certain insurance products. Other products like unemployment insurance Moneysupermarket sell your enquiry to a regulated adviser. They pay a premium and therefore pressure you into buying from them making the process stressful.

IImpossible to stop them selling your details. I cancelled this before but car insurance became due and I signed up agin. Within 24 hours the calls started. I'm going to email them constantly until they remove my details. Next time I'm going to use a bogus name like Mickey Mouse and phone number like whitehall 1212.
These people are a menace.

The site is bad and they sell bogus insurance. Try using it in a third world country...not. Then try getting them to reimburse you when you get back...not.. It is easier and cheaper to avoid this.

Looks like the lenders this site promotes are paid advertisers. Hence the recommendations are probably biased.

Really disappointed, it looks like a genuine website, BUT many best deals are missing, simply not there, so they only compare products that they have been paid for, e.g., click on credit cards > overseas spending and you will see M&S card with 2.99% for foreign exchange (the worst possible) and no Santander ZERO or Halifax Clarity cards.

A money supermarket ad on YouTube came with quotes from a recent car insurance enquiry I made with them, the day after making the quote request. Poor privacy? Very worrying, won't touch money supermarket ever again!

Are the bad ratings really referring to Moneysupermarket? It's just a price comparison site. It makes no moral distinctions between companies and does not offer 'advice' - it just lets you compare the prices of many diff things. I've never had a problem here.

"Headline" price attrcting you to site does not appear in listing. "In stock" information misleading e.g. Amazon expected delivery 4 weeks is hardly "in stock".
