Ordered a seat from them a on the 6th of May, was suppose to get it by the 13, never showed, call them and im told it is being shipped soon, never shows, call again, told it is being shipped soon, never shows, call again speak to a manger who says he will personally solve the issue, the seat never shows up, im now calling almost one month later, talking to another manager and being told they never had it, it never shipped and their vendor doesnt have it. Their resolution was to just cancel the order. Horrendous customer service, terrible organization and 5 separate people that lie to me before someone actually figures out what was going on. What a waste of my time.
