I do not trust the MPAA as they have become a special-interest group that lobbies for new legislation that infringes on our privacy and hinders technological development.
MPAA fights piracy by using methods that affect the privacy of the world. The funny part, people who pirate buy 30% more content. Also, why can't we vote on comments? MPAA ask for voting to be turned off?
The MPAA much like the RIAA took to suing innocent people based on faulty evidence and has a rating system that is really atrocious when you see the process in full. For instance, double standards are abound for ratings with regard to nudity in films especially when it comes to the sexes, a man nude will be given a higher and less desirable rating than a woman nude in the same scene doing the same actions.
They have demonstrated they are unable to cope with technology and rather than embrace it and use it to further the distribution of media produced by their membership, they would rather try to kill it, break it and otherwise hobble it.
Information on the site should be taken with care, they have been known to make false statements especially with regard to piracy statistics equating a download with a lost sale without any consideration of other factors and attributing a lost money amount far beyond sane reasoning.

Er, it's the MPAA. You're supposed to use WOT to let us know if a website will harm you or your computer in some way if you visit it. Not because you don't agree with the subject.
