As far as I'm concerned, the contact information between the site and the domain whois is worthless, as is the vague location hints. The IP address traces to Kalingrad, Russia, where I suspect the operator is. No idea where this business is, or who they are. Highly recommend not giving a red cent, as it's unlikely to ever be seen again.
