I have used this site several times. It is the official site for VISA verification. I do not understand how WOT has flagged this because of one comment, with so many others saying it's OK.

This *is* the site used by "verified by visa" -- I got here by following links from my banks site. Confusing that the domain name is not linked to the credit card companies. Site has an SSL Cert issued by Thawte.
