Can't get a proper dialogue going with the customer service.
Waste of time and might even be dishonest. They wouldn't send the order despite having cashed in the payment by VISA card.
1 order out of three got cancelled - eventually - because it was impossible to get them(?) to understand my e-mails.
It took over 8 weeks to get them to finally cancel the said order...
Furthermore they have obviously been adding good commentaries on all opinion websites. Fortunately the translations are so bad they are OBVIOUS!!!
I received my FlyTouch3 today – and it was in perfect, brand new condition. More than simply in brand new condition, the product was brand new, not reconditioned and not used. It worked great straight out of the box. It is responsive, and even better than I had expected.
The order was the first time I had bought anything from myefox.com, and like so many other people had concerns since I had no experience with myefox company.
My concerns were unfounded, however, as the company performed perfectly. Your prices are genuinely low - if not the lowest - including the shipping cost.
1-A dangerous site cheat people and sell fake goods and non-untrusted .
2-You will not refund your money.
3-Difficult to deal with them.
4-They do not send the goods that you buy from there site,but they send other bad goods and other model.
I am an old customer of myefox.com,you guys are saying something bull shit. As for you said about the phishing,i don't agree with you.Because myefox.com doesn't offer credit card payment method. I have been knowing this site for almost one year so I hope you guys can stop decrying!
