owned by ***** - backend for sites - i.e. user123.myregisteredsite.com is the 'temp url' for user123.com. There are some security holes in their setup. They get a lot of spammers apparently, and their IP addresses are shared, so if an IP address gets blacklisted from one of their customers, it then gets passed to the next hosted site who may not have even done anything wrong. If you own a reputable site it wouldn't be a good idea to have ***** host it.
