The reason it is on opt-out lists is because they have their own ad server, which is not an unethical move. The reason for the blacklist, if you would actually read it, is for not having a "abuse@..." mail address, not for having abusive mailing practices If you would simply read the explanations of the blacklists, the people who gave blanket bad ratings (a VERY bad behavior) would realize such a thing. While obviously not necessary if you simply look up the administrative contact on the whois listing, it would obviously be useful.
