I think the negative reviews are way off the mark. I checked this site extensively with Norton SafeSearch and other writing specific blogs and website reviews and found nothing to justify the negative reviews. The product works as intended, and I have not received any emails that I did not ask for. No spam, no malware, no phishing, etc.
