WOT ist oft eine Ansammlung von ziemlich unverlässlchen Bewertungen. Besonders betroffen sind politische, religiöse und geschäftliche Seiten. Diese werden von Gegnern meist zu Unrecht niedergemacht und so großer politischer, ideeller und finanzieller Schaden angerichtet.  Wot sollte sich aus allen politischen und religiösen Bewertungen ganz heraus halten und geschäftlichen Seiten nur dann eine schlechte Bewertung erlauben, wenn bestimmte logische Bedingungen erfüllt sind und die schlechten Bewertung auch berechtigte Grundlage haben. Die reine Mehrheitsabstimmung bei WOT ist völlig ungeeignet eine Seite zu beurteilen. Es sei denn, sie ist eine Betrugsseite!

As far as the site itself I think it would be a great source and a starting point to finding out if a site is safe or not. Unfortunately there are users on here that rate sites incorrectly and leave untruthful comments about some sites. If WOT could come up with a system of tracking users ratings and penalizing them for falsely or incorrectly rating a site to where their ratings are weaker, removed or even banned then this site would be fantastic. So I have to mark it with having "Misleading claims or unethical" just strictly due to the few members that try and ruin it for everyone but I am also marking it as a good site as the WOT site owners themselves have the best of intentions...
