"JUNK" I own a shop and have purchased hundreds of parts from napa. Let me say this, I just received three bad alternators in a row. The first had a failed bearing lasted less than a month. I sent the faulty part back and received another with a diff. problem bad diode pulsing my interior and headlights and charging at 12.2v. lol. So I sent it back for a third time and today we installed it. This one lasted two freeway exits then stopped charging completely. They then told me they did not have anymore. So after for times of doing the job and 3 bad new parts. I think i can say JUNK....

Slow to respond to emails and customer service calls. Ordered 5, they shipped us 2 and told us complete via email. Then we found out later it was short. Took 4 days of calls and emails to get a response. Then they overnighted the replacements. A lot of work to get it done.
