I've been a member since almost their inception. There's no way I'd be without my Netflix membership. I've even bought a blu-ray disk player that streams movies directly into my living room. Unbeatable.
I have great experiences with calling CSR department; and online. The only thing I'd like to see them add is a more active suggestion service for watching instantly. Also, I'd like to be able to have a better way of tracking the movies that I've had to report a problem with; and then I never get notified if the problem is fixed, (pertaining to online watching instantly).
I've quite enjoyed their DVD-by-mail and streaming video services. They have a very wide selection, including many older films I can't find at brick & mortar rental stores.
My ONLY problem with ***** is regarding my rating of movies after having to request a better copy because of errors in the one originally sent -- my rating after the new disc is received seems never to be recorded. Why?
This a much better way to rent movies than going to your local video store...all it requires is a little planning ahead. I have never encountered any malicious activity on this site [to date].
Netflix is great. Never had a problem in all the years I've been a customer. Netflix with a Roku player is the best. I have saved tons of money with that combo. I only worry about child safety because you can instantly watch movies with extremely graphic content. Parents should be aware.
