If you take to the site, there are barely any bad reviews concerning their products. I thought with the way the site looks, maybe they did go to a really far extent to only provide top notch products. However, it turns out these guys moderate your posts. I've posted like 18 reviews and only a few got approved because ... they all happened to be 3 stars or above. Don't be fooled by these guys. This is an ethical issue here, that a company has no moral grounds when it comes to trustworthiness. If you have a bad product and customers are shouting about it, don't silence them. Its not fair that opinionated and/or factual reviews go on deaf ears. Why make customers fall into the same trap? NDA if you have a bad product, take it down... don't worry about $$ and psyche out your customers to buy more of the same trash.
