I have become wary of the BBC's agenda especially regarding Northern Ireland where I have found them guilty of highlighting Unionist and Loyalist attacks on Republicans whilst ignoring or downplaying the much more common Republican violence against Unionists. As far as Scottish football goes they would also appear to have an agenda against Glasgow Rangers supporters while ignoring the activities of the Glasgow Celtic support.

Whatever you think about the BBC's editorial policy, they do, at least, try to check items with more than one source before rushing to publish. This makes them more authoritative than some other news organisations, which sometimes give in to the pressure to run 'breaking news' that they later have to retract.
