I just tried to send them this note:
Please honor your statement, "you’ll ONLY be notified if your price IS found". Until you do, I will keep reporting your spam, e.g. "Still looking for: Apple iPod touch 8GB ...? Radar has found these similar" as such, as it is UNSOLICITED.
I didn't ask for email if the price is NOT found, yet I get tons of such email. That makes it unsolicited!
(Their submission form doesn't indicate it worked when used; a blank page comes up after submission.)
