Shipped seeds to my cousin in California for his birthday. Seeds arrived in approximately one and a half weeks. One was cracked, but contacted customer support, emailed them and he sent a simple picture as proof, and they sent out two replacement seeds just as quickly. Excellent points system - definitely encourages repeat business. Highly recommend if you're fortunate enough to live in a legal or decriminalized area. If your item never arrives then more than likely it was intercepted by customs and that is out of their power, but from other reviews I've read I hear if you actually contact them about the issue they try to work with you the best they can in these instances.
