While the affiliate program is a scam, as has been stated by many other users, the web hosting is quite good, and exceptional for a free service, though I have no experience with their Premium program.

I only speak for myself, but I have not have any trouble at all with their free hosting service, although I've heard of the affiliate program scam from a few places already.
The affiliation program might be a scam, but the free hosting service they offer isn't. Furthermore, the content hosted in their servers is not their direct responsibility (although they do claim to control all content and take action against malicious or fraudulent users).
In the end this url is just a server which hosts free sites, and that part of it is not bad by itself.
