Just tossing my hat in with the others that this is NOT a spam server but a name server for private web hosting. Just because a couple of idiots use it to spam doesn't mean everyone does.

As several people have noted, this is the nameserver for the Web hosting service Bluehost.com. As a customer for the last several years, I've had an excellent experience with them.

ns1.bluehost.com is a name server for domains hosted by Bluehost. I've never had any issues with them, actually they have been very easy to work with and polite. So I am quite surprised that it has such a negative rating.
