ns40.domaincontrol.comは安全ですか？

Whoever rated the DNS server low is obvciously P'd off and someone and probably not this DNS nameserver lol.. That is like punishing the courrier for bringing unwanted mail, and about as silly.. My webhosting services that I have used for Years justhost, are the best that I have Ever had , and use this apparently, because when I pasted a link for someone instructions to help a friiend change their DNS server it had a yellow ring after it SO I came her to see what the deal is,... and it hurts innocent peoples websites etc. In that respesct W.O.T can be manipulated and become unreliable, but it is still invaluable as a tool for helping avoid Truly malicious sites.

¿Es esto una broma? ¿cómo puede tener un servidor de DNS una reputación pobre? Si el dominio en el puerto 80 no muestra nada! Cada vez me fio menos de estas valoraciones.
