nuuvem.comは安全ですか？

I purchased a game from their website using my Paypal account and the website went ahead and processed my order but then in the last screen where it processes your payment it took the payment from my Paypal account and automatically cancelled my order after taking the money from my Paypal account. I filed a dispute with Paypal as "items not received" and Nuuvem refunded the money saying that the reason why my order was cancelled was because they were sold out of cd keys when the website took my order... why did the website take my order and my money in the first place if they dont have enough inventory? very unprofessional. I will never use their website agian after this bad experience.
