There's nothing wrong with this website. It's the Oakland Police website and someone's rating it not according to WOT rules but by their personal negative opinion of the police. The WEBSITE is fine and IS SAFE for children etc. The idea that a child could be harmed by viewing the OPD website is just junior high-type prank.
