obilet.comは安全ですか？

I booked two tickets from Varna to Obzor. The bus NEVER CAME. Noone answered at the phone numbers listed for assistance. When I requested a refund for a service never provided, they just say that the bus was there on time and that the driver tried to call me multiple times. I proved to them that noone called me at that point, so however told them that the bus was there on time and that they called me obviously is lying. But they just stick to their story. NO REFUND. AVOID SCAM company.

It is a complete scam. I booked a ticked on 25th, 3:00 am. I have later been called by some madame, she told me that bus could be late for a little, like 30 minutes or an hour max, and she told me, that she will call me an hour before the bus arrival. I never received a call. I tried to call her number, but I could not make it. Also, there is NO information about the bus whatsoever, so it was also my dumb head that I haven't checked it at once. They have ZERO support. No working hot line number to reach at 3 am, chat is not working at all, just asking to reconnect, because "their site has problems". I am pretty much sure I won't be refunded and they will just keep my money. I wasted time and money, and I hate them for this. Why take my time? Aren't you satisfied with just my money?

They sell hotel accommodation with wrong information. I booked hotel with parking space but get refused in front of the hotel by staff. Asked obilet.com for help and to refund me based on this failure on their website. Now, after 5 days they tell me they cant help me regarding any refund.

I bought a ticket online for the Lux Karadeniz bus. I had to take a bus in an intermediate city at the local bus station stop, I arrived at the stop in advance, a few hours before departure. Stayed there for a total of 8 hours!!! I waited for the bus until 4 am. But the bus never came! After that, I went to the hotel, and the guy at the hotel reception explained to me that it was useless to buy tickets online for intermediate stops, since obilet.com does not inform drivers about tickets bought online for intermediate stops, and drivers do not stop at such stops at all! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I made compilat about that situation to obilet support and they just lied me about "successfull voyage without problems", and do not make refund... i am in frustration.... such unprofessional...
