The free download speeds are so slow that most of the time the downloads fail and I get an error on Google Chrome about an unknown server error. If the free download speeds are this poor, then the company might as well not offer free download speeds.

Premium user can get the good speed in order to free yourself and say "NO" with the download speed which is always around 50 KB/s or even less than that. Maximum download speed is easy to get, really up for 100 mbps!
