OfferX and OfferX quiz seems to be a good site. However, it takes 1 to 2 month until you finally get your winnings.

Competition site where as an adult you can make your own choice whether it is a reputable site or not. The competitions are basically adverts where you can choose to accept the offer or not. Whether you will ever win the prize is anyone's guess I suppose.
