omate.comは安全ですか？

I am trying to get my order for Omate Truesmartcancelled at the moment, I sent them multiple order cancellation request in last couple of weeks but haven't heard a word from Omate. It was listed on their website that Omate Truesmart will be delivered by end of Dec 2014, then they said it will be delivered by end of Jan, and now it's March and still no response from them. If you are still going to order from them, I would advise you NOT to use Paypal unless you remember to lodge a dispute before 45 days limit and don't listen to their claim that it will be sent by next month etc where you are likely to loss your chances to dispute the transaction via Paypal for more than 45 days. This is from my current experience with this company, hope this will save others from unnecessary frustration.
