I have been a customer of Omega XL for over two years now and I really love the product. I do not care much for the price (HIGHLY Priced), but the product works better than any other Omega 3 pills out there. All the other Omega 3 pills out there that I have tried, whether they are pharmaceutical grade or not, they just do not work at all, except Omega XL really works! I have had added mental clarity, which helps my Fibromyalgia Fog and ADHD. It also lessens my pain and breaks through my exercise related problems of my CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I can do more now which the Omega XL allows and the CFS previously was restricting! The customer services are very polite. For years ever since I was a teen I suffered from depression (with Suicidal thoughts and tendencies) and no prescription drugs ever help me, from A-Z none of the prescription drugs ever helped me at all! My life was changed forever when I took the Omega XL, as I found out my depression was cured. It was strange to know that all those years I suffered depression due to a lack of a supplement. Sad it has taken research this long to realize some people with depression only are suffering due to a lack of a supplement called Omega 3. Just to caution you, No other Omega 3 has actually worked for my depression, except Omega XL. In 2012 I had 6 close family members die and a pet rabbit. I did not even get depressed about that! My aunt who passed away was like a mother to me and I never once got depressed for a long length of time as I use to! After being upset for a few days (3 - 4 days, not continuously, just occasionally for no more than an hour a day at most) I was back to my normal self. I also noticed my skin is not as dry as it used to be. It was so dry before I took Omega XL that I had to go to the dermatologist who prescribed me what was the consistency of petroleum jelly (very messy). Now I find I do not need that and to add more moisture to my skin I also use almond oil while in the shower! The combination of the Omega XL and the Almond oil are God sent! What a blessing the combo makes! They also sell a product for dogs (omega 3) called Mussel Dog. I purchase this for my 4 small dogs and give it to them often. I have noticed improvement in my toy poodle's sight, as her cloudy eyes have improved. All of the dog's coats are shinny and soft, as Mussel Dog also helps with skin and coat, in addition to; brain function and it will help decrease pain too. My dogs are a lot more alert and spunky. My dogs now act like puppies playing in the yard. I would recommend both products to friend family and everyone. I do suggest that you ask them for the free literature on the product, so you will get a better understanding of how to use the products for optimal performance and health. When I started the Omega XL I know that it has to build up in my system, so I took 8 pills a day, due to so many illnesses that I suffer from. I noticed remarkable results within the first two days. They recommend when you start to take 4 pills a day, however; if you have illnesses like mine you may want to have more per day, just in the beginning. Then after about one weeks I tapered down to 6 pills a day, then after another week passed I kept it on 5 pills a day. That is where I have stayed.
