- sure, omerta.cc is generally a "carding" site which is generally about cc, ccv, dumps, cashout, drops and other more or less criminal activities... + i've found there a "security + anonymity section" where you can read a lot about security protecting yourself from all different kind of attacks from the web, which can be quite helpful! personally, i don't have anything to do with cc, but as i said - you can find also a lot of legal security information on that site!
