Appears to be a government-linked site that allows you to "opt out" of physical mailers. However, requires you to PAY MONEY in order to opt out. Why on Earth do you have to pay in order to stop hostile parties from sending you money? That is extortion. 2/5.

Really? They want my SSI number? No kidding! Sure, I'll hand that over with my frikkin' birth certificate, State I.D. number, all of my bank account numbers, place of birth, passport number and mother's maiden name while I'm at it!!!
Sounds shifty, but I don't have enough evidence to call it a scam just yet.
