The website deploys throwaway accounts in-game to advertise their services. I have not personally been affected negatively by the site besides the spam in-game, but I'd take caution if you intend on buying from it.
Fortunately it uses Paypal for transactions, so if they screw you over, you can sort it out there.
Additionally, I wouldn't let a kid buy from here alone; make sure someone with good judgement is overseeing this.
