My feeling is that this site is being attacked not on its own merits but by those whos ideological views are different than the ones espoused here. These people will scream "freedom of speech" till someone disagrees with them, then they want to shut them down. They'll scream about the wicked Church and all it has done to silence the voice of science and progress, yet will do the very same once in a position of power. The problem is not this or that institution, the problem is with the human heart. Men who fear become like wild animals and will kill to preserve what they have. Let's try and practice real freedom of speech and thought here, and let each have their say. We do not have all the answers and this issue is not settled, in spite of what many will try to say.
