This site is excellent and it has information regarding diet that is awesome! I have just begun using this system but my friend has lost over 50 lbs in the last 4 months. It works. Whoever looked at this site and just posted that it looks like another diet site is very mistaken. You might want to look at it before you decide it's bunk. Loser!
