The Paleo diet really works, and it does not require you to starve yourself. I hated diets because they all forced me to be hungry, cranky, and feeling weak. But with the Paleo diet, I am eating really delicious high-nutrient foods. The food tastes better, and I am eating way more veggies, not by forcing myself to do so, but almost without consciously realizing it, since the paleo dishes are so tasty. I often now do not feel hungry at noon, since my breakfast of bacon and eggs is more than enough to satisfy me until mid-afternoon. Snacking is way down, and my weight has dropped; not dramatically, but enough for me to have lost my big gut. Everyone has been complimenting me on my haircut, but since it is the same type of cut I have gotten from the same barber for the past two years, I think what they are really noticing is my more streamlined physique. Why this website has a poor rating is beyond me. It is probably due to a bunch of vegans who can't stand the fact that meat is good for you, if eaten with a plate of low-carb veggies. Why in the world would anyone say that this site is not safe for children?
