No security risk -- can check out with PayPal. I always order our dogs' heartworm meds from this site and have never had the slightest problem -- no spam, no phishing. I save $30 or more vs. going to the vet. I see nothing unethical about selling heartworm meds without a prescription at half the price ... many of us can't afford to get our pets to the vet and pay exam fees just to get a medication our dogs all need to take.

I have ordered from this site 3 times now and have had no problems. I got exactly what I ordered and at the best price that I have yet to find on the web and no RX needed. I would bet the bad rating is from some Vets that want to sell their products for twice the price.
