They do not moderate their site very well against hate petitions.
EDIT: In the new layout, the report link has been removed.
EDIT 2: You can no longer petition the US Government through this site.
EDIT 3: Site has been "reset" for the new President and is back in operation.

This site allows the public to petition the President of the United States (POTUS). One can submit a petition on almost any topic and one can vote on existing petitions.

It is not suitable for young children without adult guidance, because they could become confused. Some of the petitions are controversial, discriminatory, or supported by religious fringe groups.

I suspect that most of the petitions (even with 100,000 votes) never reach POTUS, but are handled by his staff.

Этот якобы так называемый "свободный и демократичный сайт Белого Дома",который призывает пользователей глобальной сети интернет голосовать за созданные ими же петиций,полностью противоречит своим же правилам.Фактов лжи и обмана много,привожу пару примеров.Черта в ***** голосов является не реальной в здравом смысле.Любая не угодная администрации петиция удаляется цинично не смотря на большое количество фиксированных голосов.
