I bought some things from this company. The quality of the products is good. After dumping a bag of screws out and counting I found I was missing a single screw. I honestly do not know if I dropped it on the floor or it was missing. I emailed customer support the situation and the next business day I got an email saying my warranty replacement was being shipped for free. Programming for them is very easy. It's not like many APIs that are confusing or take a long time to learn. After reading the manual I wrote about 3 lines of code (VB.NET) and it was working. Tech support is done in forums. That's not my preferred form of support, but it works well. The OS support is really good. I can't think of a popular OS that it doesn't work on (FreeBSD runs the Linux code fine). I had a really great customer experience with them and I know I'll be going back for more. I just need to think up more projects and get some money.
