Phonepower is horrible. I needed 2 lines for a law firm and bought there 2 year service plan where you pay up front. Initially the phone numbers didn't port over correctly so that put us a week behind. Then we had erratic phone calls for 3 months. Tech support was horrible. Then Faxes started to get chopped off when they were sent directly to voice mail! We had to ditch the service but couldn't get any money back!
If you never use your phone then get their service. But if phone is important in your business stay clear of Phonepower. SO BAD!
