PICK YOUR TRAILS is a SCAM !! They are ripping people’s hard earned money with all their sweet talk and marketing gimmick. A travel agency with no moral scruples. Booked a trip with them they wanted a large sum of 10 lakhs upfront for a trip that costed 13 lakhs. Fast forward 15 days they tell me my husband’s visa is rejected for they applied for and promised was super easy to get. When I asked for a refund they said most of the trip was non refundable which was completely FALSE and refused to give my money back. Then they sent me an email stating a 52,000 refund for the 10 lakhs paid 45 days before the trip. One of the worst agencies I have ever dealt. They will promise everything at the beginning until your money is transferred and don’t care if you enjoy your trip or not. BEWARE they are only interested to make money !!
